ADULT POLE FITNESS  
COMPLETE BEGINNER COURSE

This is a block Adult 16+ Beginner Pole Fitness Course. Pole Fitness is a skilled based fitness class. You will learn a new way of training in strength and conditioning exercises along with spins and tricks on the pole whilst having the most amount of fun. Grow your confidence and be apart a supportive and welcoming community. Check out the schedule to see when the next course is starting

Thursday's 7.10-8.10pm

These classes are for Intermediate Poler's. These classes are for anyone who can invert on their own and looking to combo spins and tricks on the pole.

CHOREO POLE DANCE

Monday's 8.20-9.20pm Beginners 
Thursday's 8.20-920pm Intermediates

Come and join our dance classes it's better than therapy. Let go and do something just for you!

FLEXI FLOW

Friday's 12-1pm

Come and join our flexi flow, core building strength class to balance the body and increase your performance on the pole. This class is to improve your flexibility, mobility and strength for when you are on the pole. Any spot we train in, we should cross train to increase are progression and avoid injury. All levels welcome

TEEN POLE FITNESS 13-19 YEARS  

Tuesday's 4.30-5.30pm

This is a Pole Fitness course for 13-19 year olds ONLY. This is a safe environment where teens can be together in a skilled based fitness class. You will learn a new way of training in strength and conditioning exercises along with spins and tricks on the pole. Also helping to grow confidence in a supportive and welcoming community.
