ADULT POLE FITNESS
COMPLETE BEGINNER COURSE
New courses starting every month
This is a block Adult 16+ Beginner Pole Fitness Course. Pole Fitness is a skilled based fitness class. You will learn a new way of training in strength and conditioning exercises along with spins and tricks on the pole whilst having the most amount of fun. Grow your confidence and be apart a supportive and welcoming community. Beginners Pole Courses: MONDAY 6-7PM, TUESDAY 6-7pm and 8.20-9.20pm. FRIDAY 6.30-7.30pm, SATURDAY 10.45-11.45 and 12-1PM. You must complete a beginners course before signing onto an intermediate class or pole jam
ADULT INTERMEDIATE POLE FITNESS
Courses run over 2 months
This is a course for Intermediate Poler's. These classes are for anyone who can invert on their own and looking to combo spins and tricks on the pole. The Intermediate course is THURSDAY 7.10-8.10pm. Option to book pay as you go
EXOTIC DANCE
Heels Class
This class is for anyone looking to dance and have fun with a choreo routine. This class will give you the building blocks on how to move your body in a sensual way. We focus on transitions and body movement to make you feel sexy. This is a great class to help build confidence and gain a new way to strength training as well as getting that heart rate up! This is a great workout and it makes YOU feel like a goddess! Monday 8.20-9.20pm, Thursday 8.20-9.20pm
FLEXI FLOW
Every Saturday 9.30-10.30am
Come and join our flexi flow, core building strength class to balance the body and increase your performance on the pole. This class is to improve your flexibility, mobility and strength for when you are on the pole. Any spot we train in, we should cross train to increase are progression and avoid injury. All levels welcome
TEEN POLE FITNESS 16-21 YEARS
Courses run every 2 months
This is a Pole Fitness course for 16-21year olds ONLY. This is a safe environment where teens can be together in a skilled based fitness class. You will learn a new way of training in strength and conditioning exercises along with spins and tricks on the pole. Also helping to grow confidence in a supportive and welcoming community. TUESDAY 4.45-5.45pm
OVER 40'S POLE FITNESS
