Have Fun! 
The last two years have been very tough and we have lost all connection. We aim to bring laugher to you and your partner, enjoying a fun journey togther!

We program the workouts to be differnt each week. In the class you may learn: Olympic Rings, Acroyoga, Fitness Drills, Striking, Self Defence and more.

We all need to stretch more!
Look after your body and learn partner stretching and massage techniques, you'll be able to use this skills anywhere. Say good bye to expensive massages and treat youself each week to an affordable class and I guarantee you will loss your aches and pains at work and feel young and mobile again.

These classes are for everyone.

Come as a couple, ride sole or come with a friend.
