Zara is a qualifed Personal Trainer, BETC L5 Sports Massage Therapist, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Acroyoga, Aerial and Yin Yoga Instructor, X-pert trained in: Pole Fitness L 1,2,3&4 and Flexibility Flow 

My passion is teaching people what they never imaged they could achieve.

Bryony is qualified in Personal Training, Exercise Referral for Controlled Conditions, Sports Conditioning, Nutrition and Weight Management, Exercise to Music and Group Indoor Cycling. Assistant Pole Instructor.

Bry say's "I love pole fitness for so many reasons. It has given me inner and outer strength, using muscles I simply didn't know I had! It sculpts a strong body, and has given me the confidence to be comfortable IN POLE SHORTS! It's a fantastic atmosphere in the studio, everyone is rooting for eachother's success and you really feel part of a special club. Lorraine is qualified in Level 3 to Advanced Mat Pilates, Level 3 Pre and Post Natal, Body Control Reformer 3 Beginners to Intermediate, Exercise to Music and Schwinn and Johnny G indoor cycling

I was 40 when I qualified as a Pilates instructor and for 10 years of teaching I truly believe that it’s never too late or you are never too old to change your movement for the better!

Elaine is qualified in Personal Training, Level 2-3 Fitness, Stability Balls, Fat Burn, Kickercise, Boxercise, Exercise to Music, Seated Exercise, Paracise (Rehabilitation) 

I am 55 years old and still loving my career! I believe fitness should be fun and something you enjoy. I like to deliver my classes in a fun and friendly atmosphere with all abilities. 



Smiley, Bubbly, Vibrant Energy

Chessie is qualified as a Hot Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance through Yoga University. She teaches various styles including Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga

She was originally drawn to the practise after a childhood illness left her feeling exhausted, physically and mentally. She signed up for her first class in 2013 and has never looked back. She has experienced the many physical and mental benefits of Yoga and wants to be able to share them with others.

She strongly believes that the goal of Yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, the goal is to be able to make peace with who you are and to love yourself

Laurie is an assistant Pole Instructor at Nevaeh.

Ever since Laurie started her first pole class she knew she was hocked. She's loved every minute of her journey with the studio. Laurie say's "Pole has given me a great level of self respect as well as self love and I look forward to becoming a pole teaching so I can share my passion with others"

Ellen is qualified in a Diploma in Sport and Exercise science, Level 2 Gym instructor (CIMPSPA), Level 3 Personal trainer (CIMPSPA), Keiser qualified spin instructor, REPS qualified Adolescent training, UKCC Level 1 Netball coach, UKCC Level 2 Netball coach 

Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for many years now. Helping people to achieve their fitness goals, and helping them to develop a greater understanding of their bodies is so rewarding!
